First things first, the Nokia C7 is a very sexy little phone, slim and light, it fits perfectly into my hand and is easy to slip into a pocket or my bag – big plus, right there.
Starting up was quick and simple. I did have an issue getting connected to the Internet but that may have to do with having no airtime on the sim card I was using. Setting up a Wi-Fi connection to my home network was relatively simple and worked beautifully.

The phone has three main screens that can be customised any way you want. I set mine up to have calls, messages and e-mails on one, media such as photos and videos on another and on the third I had anything Internet related. I really liked that I could get all my Twitter and Facebook updates on my home screen but also update my status for everything… at the same time - very handy indeed! You can also post comments and upload photos directly from the screen making the C7 a perfect phone (so far...) for social networking addicts.
Calls are crystal clear and adjusting the volume was super easy. As for messaging, Nokia hasn’t deviated from their usual set up at all and it was very easy to choose between a SMS, MMS or e-mail.
I’m quite keen to keep using this little beauty…
