Skullcandy Hesh Over Ear Headphones - Snapshot

Ok, so I’ll be the first to admit that headphones are not really my thing, at all.  And when I do tend to use them, they’re the small ones that fit discreetly into my ears. So when I as given the opportunity to test these bad boys from Skullcandy, I was a little hesitant. But with the Rasta-looking headphones in hand, off I headed on home to test them out.

At first glance Hesh Over Ear Headphones didn’t appeal to me as they are quite big and bulky. I’d only ever use them in the comfort of my own home where no one can see me. (Maybe if they were in pink I’d want them?) The packaging is fun, colourful and quirky and that’s what I like about the brand.

The fact that the packaging is really simple makes them appealing, once you open the box all you get are your earphones and connector cable, simple as that. I’m looking forward to testing out the sound quality with my iTunes library fully stocked (once I am able to get them out of my husbands hands!).

Will they live up to their promise of “Big cans with big sound"? Look out for my in-depth review.

I got my pair about 2 months ago and they are so tight I cannot wear them for more than 15min at a time :(

I can imagine that if you have smaller head size they would be awesome, but I would honestly suggest purchasing these instore and trying them on first to make sure that it doesn't feel like you wearing a vice-grip when you trying to listen to music.
