Sony Walkman NWZ-W262 – Snapshot

Sony Walkman NWZ-W262 – Snapshot

I have wanted to invest in a nice compact MP3 player specifically to take to gym for a long time now. Most MP3 players are quite expensive and I could not justify swiping the credit card for just anything. So cautius little me has been using her cellphone as a music device while trying to shed some “winter fluff” at gym.

Then I found the Sony Walkman (W Series). This was terribly exciting, because it had something the other MP3 players didn’t offer… no wires! The other winning feature that interested me, especially for when I go to gym, is that it claims to be washable, a huge plus if you're a bit of a hygiene freak.walkman4

I have tried it out at home listening to music and audio books while cooking, and found it to be very comfy. I can’t wait to take it out onto the open road (and by "open road" I obviously mean the treadmill at gym).

    Hi Derek,

All my audiobooks are in mp3 format. Sometimes when you load files onto your device it will ask to convert them. This is recommended.

How did you get it to play audiobooks? I've been trying with no success. I've even tried taking everything but the book off of it, but it doesn't do anything when I hit play, other than say, "Play," and give 3 beeps if I hit play again.
